About Gordon and Fruth LLC
Attorneys Erica J. Gordon and James W. Fruth formed Gordon & Fruth, LLC to serve Tiffin and the surrounding area. We regularly practice in Seneca, Sandusky, Wyandot and Hancock Counties.
Erica is a former magistrate in Seneca and Preble Counties for approximately 15 years, and has also served as an Acting Judge for Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal Court. Erica heard hundreds of domestic relations, child support, and domestic violence cases as magistrate, as well as civil, criminal, traffic, and small claims cases. Erica is also a parenting coordinator and a trained mediator. Erica is a graduate of Hiram University and Ohio Northern University Law School.
Jim graduated from Heidelberg College in 1992 and Capital University Law School in 1995, and returned to Seneca County in 1999. Jim is the past chair of the Seneca County Board of Elections and currently is the chair of the CROSSWAEH Community Based Correctional Facility in Tiffin. Jim has had a varied practice, including family law cases, corporate, adoptions, guardianships, real estate, estate planning and estates, and criminal cases.
